1. Do you offer per-day use of the
facility? |
No, Brock's
Gap Training Center is a member's-only
facility except for the weekend matches
and training events which are open to
the public. |

2. How much does it cost to join? |
Yearly dues are $240.00 plus a one-time
application fee as noted on the
application form. When you first
join, dues are prorated for the number
of months remaining in the
membership-year, which runs from July
1st to June 30th. Dues for members
over the age of 65 are $150 per year. |

3. Is it required that I join the National Rifle Association
before becoming a member? |
Yes, active membership in the NRA is
required for membership at Brock's
Gap Training Center. You can join
the NRA through our
Youth Club link,
and they will receive a portion of the
proceeds. |

4. How can I get two current members to
endorse my application if I don't know
anyone there? |
Attend any of the monthly matches.
That's the best way to get to know
folks, learn about our facility and get
the necessary signatures. All matches
are listed in the
Schedule of Events. |

5. I'm not an avid competitor, do I have
to participate in two matches as part of
becoming a member? |
Yes, participation in two matches is a
requirement. This is done to evaluate
gun-handling skills and overall focus on
safety. However, we offer matches for
all skill levels,
from novice to expert, so you're bound
to find one you'll enjoy.

6. Do I get a gate key when I join? |
Yes, once you've been approved you will
receive an ID card and a magnetic key
which will allow access to the facility
365-days per year. |

7. As a member, can I bring guests? |
Yes, you certainly can. During the week
you can bring up to four guests. On
weekends you can bring two guests. |

8. I have physical limitations, how can
I satisfy the work-day requirement? |
Not all range projects require physical
labor. Contact the director of Range
Operations or the work-day coordinator
for specific projects and they will
gladly work with you. |

9. Are there work-day opportunities
outside of the posted, official work
days? |
Yes, work opportunities arise quite
often outside of the six official
work-days. Look in the club e-mails,
newsletters, or on the website for
information as these opportunities
arise. |

10. How do I find out when ranges are
closed for training events or
construction? |
Always check the website. Notices are
posted on the main page, the Event
Schedule or the Police
training schedule. Sometimes events come up
too quickly to post, but this doesn't
happen often. |
